THE WHITE MAN & ADAM
ACWUH Productions, 2026

R.O.A.D.S. is a solo performance where a live actor confronts a filmed double projected behind him. What begins as a dialogue turns into the portrait of a body coming apart, trapped between command, memory and inner noise.
The work moves through repetition, rupture and unstable states rather than linear story. The screen becomes an unreliable room, shifting between comfort, absurdity and violence. It instructs, interrupts and tests the body until obedience replaces meaning.
Dark, satirical and unsettling, R.O.A.D.S. explores how power enters the mind, how contradiction becomes normal, and how violence becomes visible only after it has already been internalized.

Rebellious individualism, compliant group belonging and collective grief processing are examined in the interactive performance Game Changer. Actors and visitors move in an uncertain borderland, in a dim club environment, all reverently dressed in de-identified hoods with carnivalistic feathers. The longing for intimacy, comfort and fulfillment is tested and processed through gestures, rites, dances and impulses. A group of actors and dancers follow a predetermined choreography, sometimes individually or sometimes in a group. A ten-year-old girl leads the game and occasionally moves the audience and actors around the room. The work dissolves and shifts the boundaries between visitor and actor as each visitor chooses how they participate.

The audience is invited to wander freely in what is described as a spiritual fight club,
where exercises in being human are taking place. A mental middle ground free from logical progressions and evaluative judgments.
The form was like a living exhibition, without interaction,
where you could stay as long as you wanted, without beginning or end.
Glitter falls over a Colosseum that examines what the soul can do, what the body can do,
what the voice can do. From open mouths rises a chorus of trembling notes. Soundless laughter. Screams that fall silent. Violent crying. The flow of events that goes in and out of each other triggers images of ritualistic attempts to let oneself go: to be a sound, to be a movement, to be still.
To stand in front of others and fall apart. To stand in front of others and shine.
Min Totala njutning – Scenkonstbiennalen, 2023

is a state of being in the gap between a before and an after, the crisis or the ecstasy. The individual’s desire for devastation and rebirth is examined in relation to the collective’s need for ritual intimacy and care. As a slash-and-burn agriculture, all that is old has been burned in order to access something new.
We carefully move in the crevices between erotic dreams and a crumbling reality. The subconscious has taken the form of a new nature, a barren mountain landscape that sticks to the soles of the feet. A group of people involuntarily manage the transformation stages of a living organism. With an inexhaustible desire, the choir sings of redemption in total pleasure. Events and temporalities unfold side by side, intertwined and without time.
